Service Description
Maintenance plan members can book online their annual visit must be 12 calendar months after installation date and have received your email reminder code. Your visit will include the following checks; + Evaluate physical condition of cables and equipment + Clean camera len's + Reformat hard drives and check systems running status + Software update Book your preferred date now, add any notes required and we will confirm your booking within 24 hours via email. The Annual Visit is free if you are on our Maintenance Plan! Its ok if your not on our maintenance plan you can still book in and just pay £99 upon completion on the day of your Annual inspection.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy 1. Due to limited availability, we request that you cancel at least 24 hours before a scheduled installation or appointment. This gives us the opportunity to fill your appointment. You may cancel by phone via call, text or What's app to 07990719777. If you have to cancel your appointment, we can reschedule to different date for you. You may be required to pay a small deposit for your next time slot and this will be deducted from the installation total. However, if you cancel a 2nd time and do not cancel prior to the 24 hours, you may lose your deposit. 2. I understand that I am holding a spot so reservations for this installation are non refundable. If I am unable to have works complete I understand that I can transfer to a friend or reschedule. 3. If your cancellation is at least 24 hours in advance of the Installation. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. 4. You may cancel your installation up to 24 hours before the installation begins and request to receive a full refund. If cancellation is made within 24 hours you will receive a reschedule at a later date email or call to rebook.
