Service Description

Customers can report any faults and request a call out appointment. Report it today and we will review your request and aim to fix any issues promptly, we may call you for remote technical support or access to your system if we think we can fix your fault remotely. Report your fault and book your preferred date now, add any notes that may help us and we will contact you or confirm your booking within 24 hours via phone or email. Please note there is a call out fee of £60 for any call outs that have No warranty, No faulty equipment, Tampered or damaged equipment, Internet or mobile app issues.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy 1. Due to limited availability, we request that you cancel at least 24 hours before a scheduled installation or appointment. This gives us the opportunity to fill your appointment. You may cancel by phone via call, text or What's app to 07990719777. If you have to cancel your appointment, we can reschedule to different date for you. You may be required to pay a small deposit for your next time slot and this will be deducted from the installation total. However, if you cancel a 2nd time and do not cancel prior to the 24 hours, you may lose your deposit. 2. I understand that I am holding a spot so reservations for this installation are non refundable. If I am unable to have works complete I understand that I can transfer to a friend or reschedule. 3. If your cancellation is at least 24 hours in advance of the Installation. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. 4. You may cancel your installation up to 24 hours before the installation begins and request to receive a full refund. If cancellation is made within 24 hours you will receive a reschedule at a later date email or call to rebook.
