Service Description

Customers can report any faults and request a call out appointment. Report it today and we will review your request and aim to fix any issues promptly, we may call you for remote technical support or access to your system if we think we can fix your fault remotely. Report your fault and book your preferred date now, add any notes that may help us and we will contact you or confirm your booking within 24 hours via phone or email. Please note there is a call out fee of £60 for any call outs that have No warranty, No faulty equipment, Tampered or damaged equipment, Internet or mobile app issues.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy 1. Due to limited availability, we request that you cancel at least 24 hours before a scheduled installation. This gives us the opportunity to fill your appointment. You may cancel by phone or online here. If you have to cancel your appointment, we offer you a credit to your account if you cancel before the 48 hours, but we do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future installation. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 24 hours, we will charge a call out fee. 2. I understand that I am holding a spot so reservations for this installation are non refundable. If I am unable to have works complete I understand that I can transfer to a friend. 4. If your cancellation is at least 24 hours in advance of the Installation, you will receive a full refund. If your cancellation is less than 48 hours in advance, you will receive a credit certificate to book a future installation. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. 5. You may cancel your installation up to 48 hours before the installation begins and request to receive a full refund. If cancellation is made within 48 hours you will receive a credit certificate to reschedule at a later date. Credit certificate must be used within 90 days. 6. You may request to cancel your installation for a full refund, up to 48 hours before the date and time of the installation. Cancellations between 18-48 hours before the event may transferred to a different date/time of the same installation. Cancellation requests made within 18 hours of the class date/time may not receive a refund nor a transfer. When you register for an Installation, you agree to these terms.
